If you are interested in one of our future litters, please contact us..   All of our puppies come with:  Limited AKC Pre-registration Visit the AKC website to learn more about the benefits of this organization.  Our puppies are registered as Limited, to protect our kennel partners and the pups against irresponsible breeding practices.  If you're interested in a puppy for confirmation or breeding purposes, please discuss your intentions with us and we will explain some of the options you may have.  Dewclaws removed Dewclaws are the claws behind the feet, which can sometimes tear or catch on things as dogs run and play.  Removal at an early age can prevent problems later on down the road when it might become more painful to take care of. Puppy Health Guarantee Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health upon their transfer to their new owner.  If pup is determined to be in less than peak physical condition, the puppy can be returned for a full refund.  Up to Date Vaccinations & Individualized Health Record All of our puppies receive the necessary AND recommended boosters for up to 8 weeks old.  We will provide you with a specific list and date for each vaccination received by your pup. A Special "Going Home" Pack With helpful items and goodies galore, this will help get you started with your new puppy in the transition to his/her new home and new family! Pack contents depend on availability of items, but all packs will include a beneficial book about Labrador Retrievers, a supply of food puppies are currently on (for transitional purposes), all AKC papers, and a collar that puppies will be used to by the time you take them home. Read what others have to say about their pack!  (Click here) Requirements: Approved homes/families When it comes to placing our puppies with new families, it is very important to us that potential new owners have the knowledge, ability, facilities, time and resources to provide an exceptional home.  We work to find homes where each pup will receive the love, care and attention it needs in order to live a long, happy and healthy life.  Don't be surprised when we ask what pet experience you've had (don't worry if you're looking for your first... everyone has to start somewhere!) and as we ask what kind of environment you plan to establish for your potential new pup.  We want to make sure that we place our pups in the right hands. Deposit of $100 (non-refundable) Our puppies cost $550 for Blacks and $600 for Chocolates.  We require $100 of the purchase price as a non-refundable deposit to secure your pup.  We require the deposit to help guarantee the puppy has a home to go to as soon as they're ready and to assist with expenses as they grow. We only hold puppies for those who are serious about their commitment.  Puppies are chosen in order of deposits received Puppy selection is made around week 7, when we have a better idea of puppy personality and physical characteristics.  Depending on the colors and sexes of our litter, picking order is based upon the order of the deposits received.  For example (with a litter of 3 black females, and 2 black males) the first person to submit their $100 for a black female, will get first pick of the three girls at 7 weeks of age.  The second person who submitted their deposit will get the next pick of the two remaining, and so on.  This allows us to help properly match the puppies to the owners, depending on expectations, lifestyles and personalities.
