Week 1 - Puppies are newborn! May 16 - 22
Jasmine in labor after her first pup.	Seven puppies down, three to go!	Pink and Orange show the difference between the black and the chocolates.
Blue was the smallest, but he fit right into the doggie pile!	Navy sticking out his tongue...	and Orange had us laughing too!
	At birth, all but two puppies were over 1 pound in weight.  So after getting rid of about 11-12 pounds of puppies, Jasmine looked like a skinny-mini version of her former self!  Less than one day old, and the puppies already had their first visitors. Here, you see how Jasmine spends the majority of her days... cleaning and feeding our adorable little tykes.
Week 2 - Puppies are growing! May 23 - 29 This week, the pups made their first trip to the vet to have their first check up and their dew claws removed.  For the most part, they spend their time resting and eating... and making cute little noises in their sleep. Puppies already almost doubled their weight after their first week!

Week 3 - Puppies are walking! May 30 - June 5 This week, the puppies have begun to open their eyes and are starting to look around.  Walking is becoming a little more stable, as they start to find their way around the box and to their momma when she enters to greet them.  They're also starting to test their voices more.  We'll hear random bouts of growling and little beginner barks!

Yellow shows those pretty open eyes. She was standing by the "potty" door that will open up to a new little room very soon.	This shows how sharp those puppy claws are when they start out.  We clip them weekly to keep the scratches down!	The puppies now FLOCK to visitors!
Week 4 - Puppies learn to play! June 6 - 12 With their eyes fully open and their balance down, the pups have now begun to play.  Little beginner "pounces" and lots of wrestling now takes up the day.  Also, the puppies had their first taste of new food as we begin the process of weaning them from Jasmine!

Pups had to learn to "lap" first...	...then Jasmine cleaned them up!	Aqua REALLY enjoyed his bath!
Week 5 - Puppies venture out! June 13 - 19 The puppies began to spend evening playtime in the kitchen, and in the backyard.  They are now eating mushy-soggy food mixed in with the puppy formula, so they're on their way to trying more solid foods! 		During the nice summer evenings, all of the puppies will spend 4-5 hours playing outside with us, family dogs, and other visitors.  This was their first time exploring the puppy pen... everyone followed along in a nice little puppy train of excitement.

Week 6 - Puppies enjoy the pool! June 20 - 26 We're a little late in posting photos, but it has been a busy few weeks around the patch!  Puppies have been spending lots of time outside and with visitors, playing in their pool and with each other! Puppies weigh from 7 to 9.5 pounds!

Week 7 - More puppy fun!! June 27 - July 3 This week the puppies took a trip to the vet for their vaccinations and just continued to enjoy the beautiful weather we've been having!  All puppies now weigh between 8 and 11 pounds!

		Puppies are only 1 week from going to their new homes!  We're going to begin their final preparations for homecoming week and we're all very excited to see the new families all brought together!
