Meet "Jasmine" - our newest Mom!
Jasmine is our newest Puppy Patch mother... with the
personality of a joker and a true heart of gold! Jasmine is modest
in size, but never lacking in presence. At 60 pounds
(pre-pregnancy) and 23.5 inches tall, she can keep up with the big dogs
while still being a comfortable size for little children to play with.
She's a bit of a chatter box and loves to make noises while throwing
around her favorite toys. (Sometimes even two at a time!)
Jasmine is a fabulous water dog and loves to be soaking wet. We've
even had a few instances where she decided to dunk her whole head into
the water bucket... which normally won't be a problem except for the
fact the bucket was in our kitchen! She has proven an excellent
retriever and has been in the field for some beginning duck hunting and
lots of swimming (of course)!
Jasmine's hips have been rated as "Excellent"
(highest rating given) and her elbows have also been certified as
Normal
(the only clean rating given).

"Gunner" is what he goes by, but he's
officially...
UCDX, HR, GRCH PJ’s Heza Top Gunner,
JH, CD, Can. CD, RE, WCX
What do all those letters mean? They mean Gunner is an outstanding
yellow lab who has proven to be quite the show winner. At only
four years old he has a fantastic future ahead of him. He is very
sociable, and has an outstanding personality. At his full-grown
size (at the time of breeding) he weighed approximately 77 pounds and
stood 23 inches tall at his shoulders.
He continues to add titles to his long list... Gunner continues to
prove he is "top dog".
Gunner had an excellent year in 2006, with over 30
Best of Breed awards (8 Group, and 211 Top Ten Points as of September
30th) and is still the #1 Labrador Retriever in UKC for 2006! He also
has 6 Total Dog Awards. Gunner has proven to be an excellent all around
dog with desire to do whatever he is asked. |

| Kelsey Aurora Cascade - or "Kelsey" as she goes by!
Kelsey is a shining star in the family (seen pregnant in the photo above)!
She has been one of the most fun dogs we've ever had the privilege of
sharing our lives with, and we knew very early on that we would breed
her.
At six years old, on top of her amazing personality one of Kelsey's top traits is her naturally smooth and shiny
coat. Everyone always comments on how gorgeous her fur is, and
thankfully, it is something that truly is one of her natural characteristics.
Kelsey is a great size for a lab, weighing about 75 pounds and measuring about 23 inches
tall at her shoulders, which has made children very comfortable playing
with her.
Kelsey has an excellent temperament
(or we could say no temper at all) and loves to play with anyone
who she can convince to join her. She's a very fast learner, and
we continue to teach her new tricks...the latest one being a
"high-five". She loves to run and play, and gets so
excited her whole backend wiggles! She has a very strong retrieval
instinct, and can't ever get enough of playing Frisbee or a game of
catch.
